ABMI has been in business for over 27 years and has two separate divisions: Middle Market M&A and Main Street business brokerage. The Middle Market team assists companies valued between $3mm and $200mm in the sale, recapitalization, valuation and assessment of their companies. More specifically, we provide the following services:

• Seller Representation: We represent companies through sale mandates with the intent to maximize value for the seller.
• Buyer Representation: We represent companies and investor groups in the search for a company or companies to acquire.
• Financing: We can connect ownership and/or management teams with debt and equity financiers, whether that be senior lenders, the SBA, mezzanine funds or private equity.
• Management Consulting/Strategic Planning: We consult for management teams and help guide them during times of needed outside counsel.
• Valuations: We leverage our relationships to get our clients the best valuation for their time and money.

We focus on the Midwest, but have had non-Midwest US and international clients as well.
